Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan used to famously say, ‘I often wonder why do colleges make young and energetic people stay indoors so much time’. At VGS, we understand the importance of student development beyond books and curriculum. Our 40-acre campus is a perfect place for students to venture out during activities and other recess time and enjoy the solitude of nature.
A student’s day at VGS is full of activities and fun. While sports and games form an integral part of the curriculum, art, craft, music, and dance classes are also given a prominent place in the timetable. There are regular Inter-House Competitions in debate, elocution, sports, and music. Weekly hobby clubs enable students to advance their passions.
At VGS, we believe that student development through extracurricular activities is as important as academic achievement. These activities not only help students develop their social and emotional skills but also provide opportunities to explore their interests and passions. As students progress through their academic career and into their future profession, these skills and experiences gained through extracurricular activities can be invaluable for their personal and professional growth.
Education is not preparation for life; education is life itself.
At Vision Global School, we strive to provide a well-rounded education that focuses not only on academic excellence but also on the holistic development of our students.
