Brief History
Vision Global School was founded in April 2009 with the goal of providing a world-class education to students in the Aligarh region. Located in the city, known worldwide for the high-quality higher education offered at Aligarh Muslim University, the school aims to provide a similar standard of education at the primary and higher education levels through the ICSE curriculum. Our 40-acre campus, situated on the main Aligarh-Agra highway, boasts modern amenities, state-of-the-art labs, libraries, sports facilities, and a range of extracurricular activities to provide a truly global-class education experience.
From the beginning, Vision Global School has been guided by a clear vision of holistic education that goes beyond academic knowledge to develop every aspect of a child’s personality, producing fine leaders with strong foundations in ethical and moral behavior. Our goal is to empower our students to take their rightful place as leaders in society and make a positive and meaningful change. This vision has been reflected in our curriculum and extracurricular activities that encourage the development of personal responsibility and progressive ethical standards.
In 2015, Vision Global School received its Permanent Affiliation from CISCE and an upgrade to Class 11th, recognizing the school’s commitment to providing a high-quality education to its students and its achievements in academic excellence. This milestone marks an important step in our journey towards becoming one of the premier educational institutions in the region.
PREAMBLE TO CREATION OF AN INSTITUTION
In 1952, as India was becoming an independent nation, a visionary leader and renowned freedom fighter, Late Pt. Sheo Narayan Pandey, established ‘Shanti Ashram Junior High School, Saya’ (now an Intermediate College) in one of the remotest villages of Ayodhya. This school brought hope and education to many underprivileged but academically motivated students. Today, the school’s alumni include several IAS officers, Defense Officers, and even a Cabinet level Minister, all of whom received their primary education at this school.
Late Pt. Sheo Narayan Pandey believed that “a School is not just a Building, but a Dream. Not a Business but a Vision.” He emphasized the importance of providing excellent standards of education, coupled with various co-curricular activities, and an overall development of personality. In keeping with his legacy, we have continued to establish schools, training institutes, and higher technical education centers where individuals can access the fruits of knowledge. VISION GLOBAL SCHOOL was established to honor his commitment to education and fulfill his vision of providing access to quality education for all.
